US 2012

A country decides

November 7, 2012

Crucial Ohio swings Obama’s way

In what has been dubbed as the most important state of the Electoral College, President Barack Obama has won the vote of Ohio, meaning another term in the Presidential seat is all but sealed.

It’s 18 votes brings Obama just a small number away from the magic 270 landmark, and even a Florida victory won’t help candidate Mitt Romney.

The swing state of Ohio has voted Obama, and in doing so, could just have decided the outcome of the 2012 US Presidential election, and with Obama’s Twitter now reading ‘Four more years’, it looks as though the White House could remain blue for the next four years.
