Minnesota has backed the Democratic party once again, awarding Obama with 10 Electoral College votes. The Democrats have won the states support every election since 1976. The vote will be a blow for Romney, after his Vice Presidential candidate Paul Ryan campaigned 2 days prior to election day. Minnesota remains Democrat blue.
