US 2012

A country decides

November 7, 2012

Romney only has victory speech prepared

Presidential candidate Mitt Romney appears confident of a victory as he declared his victory speech was written and ready to roll.

Speaking to reporters aboard a plane from Pittsburgh to Boston – Romney said:

“I just finished writing a victory speech. It’s about 1,118 words. And I’m sure it’ll change before I’m finished because I haven’t passed it around to my family and friends and advisers to get their reaction. But I’ve only written one speech at this point.”

In stark contrast Obama has admitted to writing two speeches, one for victory, the other for defeat. He expressed that nobody can take anything for granted so there should always be two speeches.
