West Virginia see red, for Romney.

President Barack Obama and candidate Mitt Romney tied at 49% in Virginia where polls closed at 19:00 EST. West Virginia, a former swing state, has just called for Romney with 5 electoral votes.
In the 2008 Elections, Obama took Virginia by 6.3%. He had targeted the state early on in his campaign and helped register nearly 450,000 new voters.
